The Stream Stewardship and Recovery Handbook examines the many situations you may encounter living along the river, especially post flood and solutions those the issues. One thing everyone’s learned since the 2013 flood is how complicated restoration can be. This handbook clearly lays out the project you can do on your own, what you’ll need outside help for and the permits that will be required for the work.
